James LaRosa’s talents sit at the intersection of music, music production and sales and marketing. From a deep love for music and the technology behind music, LaRosa obtained a degree in audio and music production. While earning his degree, he helped found a record label, Radiate Positivity Records, to enable his singer-songwriter sister to release her music. LaRosa recorded, mixed and mastered all of her initial music.

While in school, LaRosa worked as a live streamer for musical productions at LVC, and for one summer as the entire video production department for a summer camp - capturing and producing weekly videos and summer wrap videos.

When an opportunity arose to work for a small music producer as an internship, LaRosa jumped at the chance. Almost immediately, the firm recognized his breadth of ability, and in addition to working on music, LaRosa redesigned the firm’s clients web-sites, and developed their marketing and Go-To-Market plans.

It is this cross functional talent, and the ability to understand all aspects of the business that keeps LaRosa in demand.
